A router table can be a great addition to any woodshop. You can build your own router table and adjustable fence with these detailed plans.

This 36″ x 24″ router table is made from melamine reinforced with plywood to provide a sleek surface that will allow your workpieces to slide freely and will remain dead flat. The addition of T-tracks in the table and fence allow for the use of feather boards and other accessories. You can alternatively use a miter slot in the tabletop, the choice is yours. The fence can be repositioned and quickly locked down with 2 star knobs.

These downloadable plans include 13 pages of detailed information including: dimensions, cutting diagrams, 3D assembly diagrams, materials lists, step-by-step instructions, tips and other resources.

The plans are designed to be used in combination with the YouTube video which provides step-by-step instructions.

Table dimensions: 36″ x 24″ (37-1/2″ x 25-1/2″ including trim)

While I used the Rockler Pro Lift router lift for this build, any router lift can be used.

Note that these plans cover the build of the table top and fence ONLY. If you would also like to build the router cabinet, see the full router table plans here
Or if you’ve already built the router table top and want to purchase the cabinet (only) plans, click here to see the cabinet plans

*Measurements in the plans are imperial, not metric.
**Nothing will be mailed to you; digital plans can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
